We have added domain white labels as a new option for all of our account types. What does this mean to you? Its simple really. Domain white labels are a way for you to help brand your coupons by making it look like the coupons are hosted on your domain.
What happens without white labels enabled? You receive a Spiral Scratch subdomain such as company.myspiral-scratch.com, and when links are generated or sent to your customers, that is what they see company.myspiral-scratch.com. This isn’t a bad thing, but it does take away from all that branding you have been working so hard to accomplish.
What happens with white labels enabled? You send us a subdomain from your own domain, lets say coupons.company.com, and we use that for all of your links and data that your customers see. So now they aren’t seeing that Spiral Scratch is generating these coupons for you, and your coupon branding is saved!
