Managing your subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your Spiral Scratch subscription at any time. At the bottom of the account management panel all of the available plans are shown. The plan you are currently using is highlighted in blue. To upgrade your plan, click the green sign-up button for this subscription you would like to sign up for. You’ll be taken to a confirmation screen where your billing info will be verified and you can start using the new plan immediately.

If you wish to downgrade your plan, click on one of the red downgrade buttons for the plan you would like a downgrade to. You’ll be taken to a verification panel where you can complete the process. The downgraded plan will be effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain in effect until the new downgraded plan becomes effective at that time.
